Welcome to the Sunrise & Sunset apartments. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and payment

   You can book with us directly — by phone, WhatsApp or email — or through Booking.com and Airbnb. For a direct booking, payment is made at the apartment on arrival or, by arrangement, by bank transfer before arrival. Bookings made through the platforms follow their own payment terms.

2. Cancellation

   If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know at least one day before arrival. Cancellations outside that window, and no-shows, are charged in full. Bookings made through Booking.com and Airbnb follow the cancellation terms stated in the listing.

3. Pets

   Unfortunately we cannot accept pets in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Smoking

   Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all of our apartments. If this rule is not respected, guests are charged an additional cleaning fee.

5. Damage

   Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement is charged to the guest.

6. Privacy

   Your privacy matters to us. We collect, use and store your personal data solely for the booking itself and for the guest registration required by law, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please respect these rules so that your stay, and that of our other guests, is as pleasant as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
